Manage User Passwords

You can manage the passwords assigned to child channel users.

To manage a child channel user's password:

       Access control Mgmt. > User password Mgmt.

The User password management screen is displayed.

1. In Login ID, enter the login ID of the child channel user.

2. In Mobile number, enter the mobile number of the child channel user.

3. Click Submit.

Note: If a child channel user has never entered a wrong password, the value of Invalid password count is 0. The password is blocked when the value of Invalid password count is 3.

The User password management screen is displayed.

4. Click any one of the following options:

• Unblock password: Unblocks a blocked password and  Invalid password count is reset to 0.

• Unblock & send password: Unblocks a blocked password and sends it to the user through SMS.

• Send password: Sends the password to the user through SMS.

• Reset password: Resets the user-defined password with the system-defined default password and sends it to the user.

Note: All messages are sent on the primary transaction mobile number of the channel users. The messages are displayed on Web for the operators.
