You can generate the batch details report that displays the information of a given recharge batch.
To view the batch details report:
Batch recharge Mgmt. > Batch details report
The Batch execution TopUp status screen is displayed.
From the Channel category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.
In Channel
user, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and
click 
to view and select
the channel user from the list.
In Batch number, enter the batch number of the scheduled recharge batch.
Click Submit.
