You can cancel scheduled recharges in bulk.
To cancel scheduled bulk recharges:
Batch recharge Mgmt. > Cancel schedule TopUp batch
The Cancel schedule TopUp batch screen is displayed.
From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.
In User
name, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and
click 
to view and select
the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

The Cancel batch schedule screen is displayed.
Select the Select all check box to cancel the scheduled recharges of all the batches; else, select individual check boxes to cancel the scheduled transfer of specific batches.
Click Submit.

Note: You can click the batch IDs to view the batch details.
A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Confirm.
