You can cancel scheduled recharges to one or more restricted mobile numbers.
To cancel a scheduled recharge:
Batch recharge Mgmt. > Cancel schedule TopUp
The Cancel schedule TopUp screen is displayed.
From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.
In User
name, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and
click 
to view and select
the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

The Schedule TopUp details screen is displayed.
Select the Select all check box to cancel the scheduled TopUp transfer for all the mobile numbers; else, select individual check boxes to cancel the scheduled TopUp transfer for specific mobile numbers.
Click Submit.

A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Confirm.
