You can re-schedule TopUp transfers or recharges to subscribers. Re-scheduling recharges cancels the previous schedule and creates a new schedule.
To re-schedule recharges in bulk:
Batch recharge Mgmt. > Re-schedule batch recharge
The Re-schedule recharge screen is displayed.
From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.
In User name, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and click to view and select the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

Select the recharge batch to be re-scheduled
Click the Click here to download the list link to download the file containing the details of the selected recharge batch.
Modify the attributes in the file, if required and save it as a .csv file.
In Re-schedule date, enter the date on which the selected recharge batch is to be re-scheduled.
In Upload file path, enter the path of the updated file to be uploaded; else, click Browse to locate the file.
In Total records, enter the number of records or mobile numbers in the file to be uploaded.
Click Submit.

A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Confirm.
If TopUp transfer for one or more mobile numbers in the uploaded restricted
list cannot be re-scheduled successfully, error logs are generated during
file processing. You can click the View
error log link to view the error log details. Click here to view
