Recharge Subscriber Accounts

You can recharge subscriber accounts.

To recharge a subscriber account:

     C2S transfer > C2S recharge

The C2S recharge screen is displayed.

1. From the Service name drop-down list, select the service to be recharged.

2. In MSISDN, enter the mobile number of the subscriber.

3. In Amount, enter the amount to be transferred to the subscriber.

4. From the Sub service drop-down list, select the sub service.

5. From the Receiver notification language drop-down list, select the language in which the subscriber is to receive the SMS message notification about the recharge.

6. In Enter your PIN, enter the PIN number of the channel user’s STK.

7. Click Submit.

A confirmation screen is displayed.

8. Click Submit to confirm the transfer.
