View Bulk C2C Transfer Details

You can view the details of bulk C2C transfers.

To view the details of a bulk C2C transfer:

     Channel enquiry > Batch C2C transfer enquiry

The Batch C2C transfer enquiry details screen is displayed.

1. In Batch number, enter the batch number.

Or

2. In From date and To date, enter the start and end dates for the C2C transfer data.

3. From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel users.

4. In User name, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and click to view and select the channel user from the list.

5. Click Submit.

The transfer batches are displayed.

6. Click the View/download batch details link to view the details of the batch.
