View Individual C2C Transfer Details

You can view the details of individual C2C transfers.

To view the details of a C2C transfer:

     Channel enquiry > C2C transfer enquiry

The Channel to channel transfer enquiry screen is displayed.

1. In Transfer number, enter the transfer number generated at the time of transaction.

Or

In User mobile number, enter the mobile number of the sender channel user.

Or

In To mobile number, enter the mobile number of the receiver channel user.

2. From the Transfer type drop-down list, select the type of transfer.

3. In From date and To date, enter the start and end dates for the C2C transfer data.

4. Click Submit.

The C2C transfers are displayed.

5. Select the transfer number whose details are to be viewed.

6. Click View details.
