You can view the details of O2C transfers.
To view the details of an O2C transfer:
Channel enquiry > O2C transfers
The Transfer enquiry screen is displayed.
In Transaction number, enter the transaction number generated at the time of the O2C transfer.
Or
In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user.
From the Transfer category drop-down list, select the category of transfer.
In From date and To date, enter the start and end dates for the O2C transfer data.
Or
From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.
From the Transfer category drop-down list, select the category of the O2C transfer.
From the Transfer type drop-down list, select the type of transfer.
In From date and To date, enter the start and end dates for the O2C transfer data.
From the Order status drop-down list, select the order status from the list.
In Channel
user, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and
click 
to view and select
the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.
Click here to view field descriptions. A list of transfers is displayed.
Select the transfer number whose details are to be viewed.
Click View details.
