View User Balances

You can view talktime balances of other channel users.

To view talktime balance of a channel user:

     Channel enquiry > User balance

The User balance screen is displayed.

1. In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user.

Or

In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user.

Or

From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.

2. Click Submit.

The Search user screen is displayed.

3. In Channel user, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and click Search to view and select the channel user from the list.

4. Click Submit.

The View user balance screen is displayed.
