You can view the details of channel users.
To view the details of a channel user:
Channel enquiry > View channel user
The View channel user screen is displayed.
In User mobile number, enter the mobile number of the channel user whose transaction is to be viewed.
Or
In Login ID, enter the Login ID of the channel user.
Or
From the Category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.
Click Submit.

The Search user screen is displayed.
In Channel
user, enter the name of the channel user; else, enter % and
click 
to view and select
the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.
