Add Channel Users in Bulk

You can add multiple channel users. To add channel users in bulk mode:

1. Download the Excel file template.

2. Enter details of the operator users to be added in the Excel file.

3. Upload the Excel file to the server.

The file template consists of two sheets:

• Template sheet: Contains user details.

• Master sheet: Contains standard values of the fields given in the Template sheet. You can enter details in the downloaded file as specified in the Master sheet.

     Channel user > Batch user initiate

The Initiate Batch User screen is displayed.

1. In Batch Name, enter the batch name.

2. From the Geography drop-down list, select the geographical domain where channel users are to be added.

3. From the Domain drop-down list, select the channel domain to which channel users are to be added.

4. Click the Click here to download file template link to download the file template.

5. In Uploaded file path, enter the path and name of the file to be uploaded. Click Browse to search for the file.

6. In Batch name, enter the name to be assigned to the batch file.

7. Click Submit.

Click here to view the field descriptions in the file template.

A confirmation screen is displayed.

8. Click Confirm to upload the file.
