You can associate channel users with the following profiles:
Commission profile: To determine the commission to be given to the channel users for different PreTUPS services
Transfer control profile: To determine the TopUp value that a channel user can transfer
User grade: To determine the grade of the channel user based on performance
To associate a channel user with a grade, commission profile, or transfer control profile:
Channel user > Associate profile
The Associate profile screen is displayed.
In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user.
Or
In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user.
Or
From the Channel category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.
Click Delete.

The Search user screen is displayed.
In Channel
user,
enter % and click 
to search
for and select the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

A screen prompting for user grade, commission profile, and transfer control profile is displayed.
From the User grade drop-down list, select the grade to be associated with the channel user.
From the Commission profile drop-down list, select the commission profile to be associated with the channel user.
From the Transfer profile drop-down list, select the transfer control profile to be associated with the channel user.
Click Save.
Click Confirm to associate the selected grade and profiles.

Note: If approval is not required, the newly created channel user account is activated immediately after a profile is assigned to the user.
