You can change the default language of the notifications sent to channel users. PreTUPS sends the notifications to channel users in their local language.
When the language is changed for a channel user, all notifications are sent to the user in the changed language.
To change the notification language:
Channel user > Change notification language
The Change notification screen is displayed.
In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user.
Or
From the Category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.
In User
name, enter % and click 
to search
for and select the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

A screen prompting for language is displayed.
From the Language drop-down list, select the language to be used in notifications sent to the users.
Click Submit.

A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Confirm to assign the selected language.
