You can change the PINs of channel users.
To change the PIN of a channel user:
Channel user > Change PIN
The Change PIN screen is displayed.
In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user.
Or
In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user from the list.
Or
From the Category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.
Click Submit.

The Search user screen is displayed.
Note: The Owner user field appears only if the channel user does not belong to the owner category.
In Owner user, enter the name of the channel owner user.
Or
In Channel user, enter the name of the channel; else, enter % and click to view and select the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

A screen prompting for PIN details is displayed.
Select the mobile number of the channel user whose PIN is to be changed.
In Old PIN, enter the current PIN of the channel user.
In New PIN, enter the new PIN of the channel user.
In Confirm PIN, re-type the new PIN for confirmation.
Click Submit.

A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Confirm to change the PIN.
