You can delete existing channel users in your hierarchy. Deletion of channel users requires the Channel Administrator's approval (configurable). A channel user cannot be deleted if the user has:
Product balance
Child users
O2C or FOC transfers pending for approval
To delete a channel user:
Channel user > Delete channel user
The Delete channel user screen is displayed.
In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user to be deleted.
Or
In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user to be deleted.
Or
From the Category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.
In Remarks, enter the reason for deleting the channel user.
Click Submit.

The Search user screen is displayed.
In Channel user, enter % and click to search for and select the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Delete.
