Manage Channel User PINs

You can reset and resend the PINs of channel users.

To reset or resend the PIN of a channel user:

     Channel user Users in a channel category. > Channel user PIN Mgmt.

The User PIN management screen is displayed.

1. In MSISDN, enter the mobile number of the channel user.

2. In Remarks, enter the reason for resetting or resending the channel user's PIN.

3. Click Submit.

The channel user's profile information is displayed.

4. Click Send PIN to send the PIN to the channel user.

Or

Click Reset PIN to set the PIN to the default value.

A confirmation screen is displayed.

5. Click OK to confirm.
