You can modify the details of existing channel users in your hierarchy. Modification of channel user details does not require any approval.
To modify the details of a channel user:
Channel user > Modify channel user
The Modify channel user screen is displayed.
In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user to be modified.
Or
In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user to be modified.
Or
From the Category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.
Click Submit.

The Search user screen is displayed.
In Channel user, enter % and click to search for and select the channel user from the list.
Click Submit.

Note: The Search user screen does not appear if the channel user’s login ID or the mobile number is specified on the Modify channel user screen.
The Modify channel user screen is displayed.
Modify the attributes as required.
Click Save.

A confirmation screen is displayed.
Click Confirm.
Note: The parent channel user cannot change the transfer profile, commission profile, and the grade assigned to child users.
