Suspend Channel User Accounts

You can suspend channel user accounts in your hierarchy. Suspended channel users cannot access the PreTUPS services. Suspension of channel users requires the Channel Administrator's approval.

To suspend a channel user account:

     Channel user > Suspend channel user

The Suspend channel user screen is displayed.

  1. In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user whose account is to be suspended.

Or

In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user whose account is to be suspended.   

Or

From the Category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.

  1. In Remarks, enter the reason for suspending the channel user.

  2. Click Submit.

The Search user screen is displayed.

  1. In Channel user, enter % and click to search for and select the channel user from the list.

  1. Click Submit.

Note: The Search user screen does not appear if the channel user’s login ID or the mobile number is specified on the Modify channel user screen.

A confirmation screen is displayed.

  1. Click Suspend to suspend the selected channel user account.
