View User Hierarchy

You can view the hierarchy of channel users.

To view the hierarchy of channel users:

     Channel user > View user hierarchy

The View user hierarchy screen is displayed.

1. In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the channel user.

Or

In Login ID, enter the login ID of the channel user.

Or

From the Domain drop-down list, select the channel domain of the user.

2. From the Parent category drop-down list, select the parent category of the user to be viewed.

3. From the User category drop-down list, select the channel category of the user.

4. From the User selection mode drop-down list, select the mode for user selection.

5. From the Status drop-down list, select All.

6. Click Submit.

The hierarchy of the selected channel users is displayed.

7. Click Download details to download user hierarchy details as an Excel file.

To view the hierarchy of a single user, enter % and click to search for and select the channel user from the list. 

8. Click Submit.

9. Click Download details to download user hierarchy details as an Excel file.

To view the hierarchy of multiple users, select the users from the list.

10. Click Submit.

The hierarchy of the selected channel users is displayed. Click here to view field descriptions.

11. Click Download details to download user hierarchy details as an Excel file.
