Initiate C2C Transfers Individually

You can initiate C2C transfers individually.

To initiate a C2C transfer:

     Channel to channel > C2C transfer

The C2C transfer screen is displayed.

1. In Mobile number, enter the primary transaction mobile number of the receiver.

Or

From the Category drop-down list, select the channel category of the receiver.

2. In To user, enter % and click to select the receiver.

3. Click Submit.

The Transfer details screen is displayed.

4. In Qty, enter the quantity to be transferred.

5. Click Submit.

Note: Quantity transferred must be less than or equal to the current balance of the product available with the sender.

The Transfer details confirm screen showing the taxes and the commission applicable to the transfer is displayed. Click here to view field descriptions.

6. Click Confirm.
