You can initiate C2C transfers to multiple channel users at a time. The process involves the following activities:
Initiating C2C transfers in a batch
Approving C2C transfers in a batch
You can initiate C2C transfers in a batch using any of the following ways:
Option 1: Download the file that contains channel user list:
Download the file containing the mobile numbers and other details of channel users.
Enter the quantity of the talktime to be transferred to each channel user.
Upload the updated file to the server for approval.
Or
Option 2: Download the file template:
Download the file template in which details of the channel users are to be entered.
Enter details of the channel users including the mobile number and quantity of the talktime to be transferred to each channel user.
Upload the updated file template to the server for approval.
To initiate a C2C batch transfer request:
Channel to channel > Initiate C2C batch
The Initiate C2C batch transfer screen is displayed.
From the Category drop-down list, select the category of channel users to whom the transfer is to be done.
To initiate C2C transfers in a batch by downloading the file that contains channel user details:
Click Click here to download user list to download an Excel file, which contains details of the channel users based on the specified geographical domain, channel domain, and user category.
Enter the quantity of talktime to be transferred to each channel user.
Or
To initiate C2C transfers in a batch by downloading the file template:
Click Click here to download file template to download the Excel file template.
Enter the details of channel users and the quantity of talktime to be transferred.
In Batch name, enter the name of the batch.
Click Browse to search for and select the updated file to be uploaded to the server.
Click Submit.

The Upload batch C2C transfer file screen is displayed.
In Language1, enter the primary language for the notification messages to be sent to the channel users.
In Language2, enter the secondary language for the notification messages to be sent to the channel users.
In PIN, enter the PIN associated with the sender channel user's MSISDN.
Click Confirm.
Note: After the C2C transfer details are confirmed, a unique transaction number is generated.
