O2C transfers refer to the transfer of stock or talktime from operators to channel users for distribution to subscribers.
Channel users initiate requests for the transfer of stock value by specifying the amount of transfer and payment details. The channel users' requests need the Channel Administrator's approval. After the transfer request is approved by the Channel Administrator, the channel user account is credited with the transfer amount.
