Generate the Service-Wise C2S Transfer Details Report

You can generate the service-wise C2S transfer details report that displays the service-wise details of the C2S transfers in a given channel domain and category on a given date.

To generate the service-wise C2S transfer details report:

     Channel reports - C2S > C2S transfer service wise

The Channel to subscriber transfer service wise screen is displayed.

1. From the Service type drop-down list, select the type of service for which the report is to be generated.

2. From the Transfer status drop-down list, select the status of transactions:

   • Success

   • Fail

   • Ambiguous

3. In Date, enter the date for which the report is to be generated.

4. In From time, enter the start time for the report data.

5. In To time, enter the end time for the report data.

6. In Mobile number, enter the mobile number for which the report is to be generated.

Or

1. From the Channel category drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.

2. From the Category user drop-down list, select the category of the channel user.

5. Click Submit to generate the report.

The report is displayed.
