Resume Restricted MSISDNs

You can resume suspended restricted MSISDNs or mobile numbers.

Suspended mobile numbers can be resumed in the following situations:

• No suspected fraudulent activities found after verification

• Subscriber has paid for service usage

TopUp transfers can be made to the resumed numbers.

To resume suspended mobile numbers:

     Restricted list Mgmt. > Resume subscriber A user who has registered for the services provided by the Operator.

The Resume subscribers screen is displayed.

1. In Category, enter the category name of the corporate channel manager.

2. In User name, enter the name of the corporate channel manager; else, enter % and click to view and select the corporate channel manager from the list.

3. In Subscriber(s) MSISDN(s), enter the mobile numbers of the subscribers to be resumed.

4. Click Submit.

A list of subscribers with suspended accounts is displayed.

5. Select the Select all check box to resume all the listed mobile numbers; else, select individual check boxes to resume specific mobile numbers.

6. Click Resume.

A confirmation screen is displayed.

7. Click Confirm to resume the selected mobile numbers.
